BACHAN PROPERTIES PVT. LTD a COMPANY, is the owner and registered proprietor of the following trademark: River Valley ( Farm House Club)
The above registered trade mark i.e “River Valley” device is used by us in connection with following services falling under class 36 of fourth schedule to the Trade Marks Rules, 2002: real estate management , real estate and mortgage agencies, mortgage lending real estate consultancy services, lease purchase financing, leasing of real estate, residential sales and property management.
We attach singular importance to our registered trade mark i.e “River Valley” device and claim all right in respect of said registered trade mark.
We have already pursued infringement action against “DLF limited” and “DLF Homes Goa Pvt.Ltd.” for infringement of our registered trade mark “River Valley” device and same is pending before Delhi High Court. We reserve our full right to take appropriate legal action in the court of Law against all those responsible for and/or indulging in all/any acts leading to the unauthorized use of our client’s registered trademark i.e “River Valley” device or any other trade mark deceptively and confusingly similar thereto in violation of our rights.
Members of the public having any knowledge/information of the above mentioned trade mark being used by anyone other than authorized by our client are requested to get in touch with us.
Also please deal with the above Mentioned Abusers of Our right ie DLF Limited at your Own risk and We shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by you by dealing with them. We reserve right to complaint /take Action aginast any person associated with this abuse by DLF limited in any role either as a Marketing agent, client, Promoters or contractor.
